If you check my fitness tab on my blog you should see a video link of the ab exercises i do. I do those almost every night, but i also train in dance around 20 hours a week so that helps a lot. i don’t know much about you or your lifestyle, but i think you have to change your diet around. You can do all the ab work in the world but if you’re eating poorly, you wont see results. As for my BFP, i actually have no idea! i tried using an online calculator and i got a result of 11.83% or 17.75%? i think there might be a glitch in it since im pretty sure i shouldnt have 2 answers. and trust me i definitely have fat on me haha but lots of muscle too! An easy way to quickly eliminate calories is by what you drink. Soda alone can have a couple hundred calories in it, so if you drink water instead, you’ll be able to eat more (healthy) food and feel full. and dont be tricked by food/drinks claiming theyre low fat! they often contain lots of chemicals that arent good for you at all. it’s just better to eat cleanly with fruits and veggies. and who says that cant taste good? there are so many amazing healthy food recipes, you just have to find what works for you. if you ever feel tempted by a pizza or whatever, just think to yourself, do you need it? would you rather enjoy it for 5 minutes or have the body you’ve wanted forever? You just have to stay dedicated and you will see results!
